This is the traditional chai, where all the ingredients are in perfect harmony. A strong and spicy drink that warms the soul.
Chai means tea and originates from the Indian subcontinent. Chai is prepared with tea and a mixture of different spices.
As the basis of this original chai, we use a powerful black Assam tea together with classic spices; cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and ginger.

Making chai latte
