Rooibos brew is full of antioxidants and without tannins, rich and naturally sweet. If you haven't tried rooibos yet, we recommend it.
Rooibos is not related to the tea plant, but is a separate shrub. It grows in a special microclimate in South Africa where it is known as "African red bush". In Norway it is also known as "red tea". The reason it turns red is because it has oxidized, originally it is green.
In the past it was only drunk by the nomadic tribes, but now it is a world famous drink full of vitamin C and antioxidants. Much of its popularity also comes from the fact that it is a naturally caffeine-free option. This South African plant produces a rich and nectar-like brew without bitterness and caffeine, but with a natural sweetness.
